They specialize in turn-key integration, robot service & repair, as well as DIY robotics. Exact is a FANUC Authorized Systems Integrator and official DIY Robotics Integrator. They also use SOLIDWORKS which is great, as it integrates very well with Total ETO
An ERP/MRP Designed for Custom Machine Builders
Exact was using another ERP that claimed to work well with Integrators, but it wasn’t a true ETO solution. The team needed something that would connect and simplify their processes. Engineering and procurement especially loved the idea of Total ETO’s Dynamic BOM’s. Being able to release partial BOM’s so purchasing can order long-lead items early will prevent a lot of downtime.
Exact Automation isn’t just known for its customized solutions. Their primary focus is the relationship they build with each customer. Total ETO can help Exact properly service its customers by tracking important metrics. One of the features Total ETO is known for is the data and analytics collected during projects.
