Packaging Efficiency Solutions (PES) is focused on bringing the next generation of packaging equipment for the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry. Located in Denville, New Jersey, and founded by industry veterans, PES specialize in labelers, slat fillers, and serialization solutions.

PES works with small local businesses, as well as large public and private corporations. Communication internally, and with their clients is a key factor in their success. With Total ETO, Packaging Efficiency Solutions will have complete visibility over a project. Project milestone dates for key events can be set, along with notifications for staff as each department completes its tasks. The analytics provided by Total ETO also communicate a huge amount of info to managers, which can be seen in over 200 predesigned reports. PES in particular is looking forward to creating simple views of WIP.

Efficiency in engineering will also be improved when Total ETO is implemented. PES will be able to manage BOMs with the Autodesk Inventor add-in. This means bringing the BOM in without leaving CAD and with no double entry. Designers will also be able to coordinate easily with procurement on long lead items and changes during the design process.
