Why Delta Needed an Engineer To Order Solution
Delta provides manufacturing services from simple fixturing to fully automatic production lines. They love a challenge! However, staff didn’t appreciate the challenges faced from not working with an ERP/MRP designed for Custom Machine Builders. Too much time was being spent on clerical work. Additionally, Delta faced a lot of double entry, and management needed better access to real-time information. As SOLIDWORKS users, mechanically and electrically, it was important to find an ETO solution that offered full integration. Their CFO was also relieved to hear that Delta could stay with their current accounting system.
