RJ Ahuja

With a BA in Mathematics, RJ joined Questica as a Software Developer; where the Total ETO software solution was born (we'll always be proud of our Questica roots). RJ’s passion is supporting Custom Machine Builders and he loves to do it in tie-dyed t-shirts made by his 3 daughters.

Lindsay Anderson

Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, working in various manufacturing, quality, and program management roles. In her downtime, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her 2 children and all things Disney.

George Boucher

Working in IT and Support for over 20 years, George is looking to bring Total ETO's support to another level. George loves hockey especially his hometown Winnipeg Jets and the expensive adult hobby of Lego building!

Jay Boychuk

With a BSc in Physics, Jay has loved automation his whole life. Having worked in packaging, solar, hydraulic lifts, and more, he now loves using this experience to support Engineer To Order Companies. Jay also likes to spend as much time as possible boating at the cottage.

Mike Chung

Prior to working at Total ETO, Michael gained experience in business process and data analysis while working in Edmonton. He embraces his Canadian roots by playing hockey on the weekends.

Devon Coates

Devon is a Frontend Developer from Calgary. When he isn’t coding, you’ll likely find Devon fishing or playing guitar.

Taylor Dykstra

Taylor is a Mechanical Engineer, spending much of his career as a Custom Machine Designer in West Michigan. He now brings that experience into the software world to bring Total ETO to custom machine builders. Taylor is a hunter, tri-athlete wannabe, and enjoys watching college football and basketball (GO BLUE)!

Kyle Hamilton

With a background as a Systems Analyst, Kyle has worked in the enterprise software space since 2004. He loves good (and cheesy) horror movies, playing board games, and reading.

Mark Ilagan

With a degree in Industrial Management Engineering and a background in production management and SQL, Mark has a solid understanding of the practices in manufacturing. Originally from the Philippines, Mark really enjoys living in Canada now, and spending time outside all year round.

Cory Koski

Cory is a Full-Stack Developer and Programmer with over 25 years of experience in web technologies, quality management, & enterprise systems. Educated in Computer Science at Lakehead University, Cory continually works to further develop his skills. He also makes killer beats, if you're into mashups.

Laurie Koski

Laurie loves human interaction & finding new ways to connect with people, making her an asset as a recruiter. Her weekends are spent outdoors with family.

Wendie Leest

Wendie is an Honors graduate in Computer Systems Analysis and Programming. With a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience, she is leading Total ETOs Customer Success practices. Wendie enjoys painting, playing hockey and volunteering in her community.

James Martin

With a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, James is a full-stack developer with over twenty years of experience working with both new and mature applications. A father of three, James enjoys the outdoors, biking, and swimming with his family.

Jonathan McCaffrey

A Full-stack Developer, Jonathan is mastering .NET web technologies. His education and early career were in game development, and he still keeps up with the latest releases. Jonathan is a homebody that enjoys a cup of coffee with his husband and a good programming textbook.

James McCall

James wrote his first program in 1982 and is proud to still be at the cutting edge of software. These days he focuses on continually improving implementation methods, improving value for customers. James also loves DIY projects; because what's the worst that can happen running electricity out to your toolshed?

Stan McLean

Stan has a love for all things mechanical, which led him to study Mechanical Technology at Dawson College. With a successful history in automotive design, fabrication, industrial heat exchangers, and more, Stan has a lot to offer. He’s also a self-proclaimed “gear head”, drag racing for many years.

Ryan McMinn

Ryan is a Full-stack Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He’s a Microsoft Certified Developer and proficient in many programming languages. Ryan has a passion for new technology and never backs down from a tech challenge. Outside of work, Ryan loves to camp, BBQ, and explore the outdoors.

Elijah Micho

After receiving his BA in Engineering, Eli transitioned to software development, specializing in Frontend Development. Born in Montreal, Eli now resides in Calgary where he loves the mountains and enjoys taking advantage of the beautiful outdoor activities.

Angelo Natal

Angelo began his career as a self-taught Web Designer and Frontend Developer from Manila, Philippines. Currently residing near Toronto with his wife and son, Angelo’s passions beyond web development include playing basketball and reading novels or Japanese comics.

Ivo Petri

Ivo completed his BA in Engineering in Brazil before moving to Canada with his wife. Here he’s worked as Project Manager for Custom Industrial Machinery companies. This experience makes him a perfect fit at Total ETO, helping Custom Machine Builders. Ivo also loves to play and watch soccer.

Lisa Pettit

David Plummer

With over a decade experience of IT in custom automation, David has helped lead many business software implementations. He's a self proclaimed computer nerd that loves tinkering around with gadgets and computers.

David Rapala

David is a graduate of the computer science program at the University of Guelph. He enjoys reading and is a talented Latin social dancer.

Rebecca Rivard

Rebecca received her Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing and eCommerce. Her specializations in content and strategy make her an ideal fit with Total ETO. Outside the office, Rebecca is a Rotarian and active volunteer in the community. She loves to travel with her husband and camp with her dogs.

Adam Royle

Adam is an experienced Data Engineer specializing in reporting and data Integration. Outside of work Adam enjoys basketball, baseball, and The Leafs while searching restaurants for the best lemon chicken.

Kristal Simpson

Kristal has over 20 years of administration and bookkeeping, mostly in the IT sector. She's an avid reader who loves to travel, and pamper her two cats.

Mike Tassone

A Masters in Business, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and over 10 years of experience in various manufacturing and ETO environments. Mike has worked with multiple ERP systems across the industry, making him a Total Expert. In his spare time, Mike enjoys working out and loves to travel.

Sierra Trees-Turner

With a BA in Anthropology, and 20 years experience working with books, Sierra’s background in Data Privacy, Quality Management, and Business Analysis make her and Total ETO a deadly pairing. A Commander in the 501st Legion, Sierra works with children's charities, loves games, travel, and cheese.

Steve Williamson

Steve is a Canadian living in Mexico. His background in Mechanical Design & Project Management as well as 10+ years in the Custom Machine Building trade benefits the onboarding process. Steve is a cat lover and when he isn’t in front of the computer he loves cooking from scratch, especially tacos.
