From Spuds to Supply Chain, it’s a Company-Wide Upgrade
When a new custom project is underway, engineering creates the BOM in Inventor, which Total ETO integrates with. That integration will save Allan Equipment time and money each month across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing.
For Allan, different teams order different components. The parts department, for example, is responsible for purchasing parts. The design team is responsible for steel purchases, while the electrical department handles electronic parts, etc. This is another reason why an ERP designed for ETO is important. Not only will we simplify this process, but our ERP is known for significantly improving communication between departments and providing a single source of truth.
